Vienna Ball Season takes place in Vienna annually from 31 Dec until 16 Feb .The undisputed jewel is the famous Opernball (Opera Ball).The famous Opera Ball takes place on 11 February at the Staatsoper. Celebrities, nobility and the few others who manage to get tickets display their well-being, observed by the international press, desperate to grab some scandalous pics.
There are several other famous balls such as :Kaiserball (Imperial Ball) on the 31 December at the gorgeous Hofburg , the Ball der Pharmazie (Pharmacists' Ball) on 16 January, another classic in the Hofburg, the Ball der Wiener Philharmoniker (Ball of the Vienna Philharmonic) on 21 January, a classy event in the building of the Musikverein and the Juristenball (Lawyers' Ball) on 13 February, one of the more upper-class balls, also in the Hofburg. |
