Tomorrow, the eyes of the whole world will be in Europe on the Czech Republic  because US President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will meet in Prague in order a sign a new strategic arms reduction treaty. Obama will arrive in Prague on April 8 and stay until the afternoon of April 9. Medvedev’ will arrive from Slovakia in the evening on April 7 and leave April 8. This is the second visit of Obama to Prague, and the first one of Medvedev. The signing will take place in Prague Castle’s Spanish Hall  (Prague Palace) noon on Thursday. The two leaders are scheduled to meet for bilateral talks first, after that the treaty  will be sign and a press conference will take place. Lunch will follow in Prague Castle’s Rudolph Gallery for US, Czech and Russian leaders.
