Firstly we will visit to the Royal Brewery of Krušovice which is one of the oldest and at the same time one of the most advanced breweries in the Czech Republic. History of the Royal Krušovice Brewery dates back to the 16th century. The first written evidence of the brewery dates back to 1581, but the beer is brewed in Krušovice undoubtedly much earlier. In 1583 Emperor and Bohemian King Rudolf II. bought the brewery for Bohemian Crown. Since then Krušovice Brewery belongs to the history of Bohemian beer. The historical buildings of the Krušovice brewery are being continually renovated. At present in one of the parts of the brewery the famous beer of Krušovice is made. Other part of the brewery is possible to see during the brewery tour. During the visiting of each department you get informations about productions of wort in the Brewhouse, the primary and secondrary fermentation in CK tanks, filtration and bottling in the bottling plant. At the end of the tour you will have to chance to taste Krušovice beer, which valued even Rudolf II. Brewery shop offers wide range of beer gifts and local beers.
