Route: Lille - Bailleul - Bergues - Dunkerk - Plopsaland De Panne - Lille

The first stop of our tour will be at town of Bailleul, several times destroyed during its history, was splendidly rebuilt after the first world war. The Grand'Place square, with a typical Flemish architecture, is full of charm, with its beautiful houses, its town hall of neo-Flemish style, and its imposing bell tower 62 metres high. The latter is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and possesses a carillon with 35 bells. From the top, the view of the plain and mountains of Flanders is magnificent! The next stop of the tour will be at town of Bergues which surrounded by ramparts and canals where dominated its belfry. UNESCO World Heritage Site, this bell tower possesses a carillon composed of 50 bells! From the top of this building, a beautiful view of the surrounding landscapes awaits visitors. To be discovered as well, the ancient Saint-Winoc abbey with its square tower, its pointed tower and its garden. The former pawnshop, a brick and stone building dating from the 17th century, houses the municipal museum of Bergues with a collection of Flemish, French and Italian paintings. Next stop in our tour we will make in the third port in France and hometown of the famous privateer Jean Bart, Dunkerque boasts a rich maritime history. The port museum, situated in a former tobacco warehouse, presents the history of the port of Dunkirk. Three boats can also be visited: the three-master Duchesse Anne, the barge Guilde and the lightship Sandettie. Besides this port heritage, Dunkirk has two belfries that are UNESCO World Heritage Sites: on Saint-Éloi church and the town hall. As well as these many places of interest you can relaxing on the beautiful fine sand beach of Malo-les-Bains, nicknamed the "queen of the northern beaches". The last place of our tour will be at Plopsaland De Panne which is a theme park located near the town of Adinkerke on the Belgian coast. Since the foundation of the park in 2000 includes the figures of the popular Flemish and Dutch figures . All the attractions have a theme from one of the soaps or musicbands. Attractions include Kabouter Plop, Samson en Gert, Big & Betsy, Piet Piraat, Wizzy & Woppy, Het Huis Anubis and more. After we will return to Lille.
