Our first stop in this tour will be at Toledo where you discower the fascinating history and architecture , a UNESCO heritage site. In addition to a walking tour through the main streets of the city, you will get to discover three of the city's main monuments. Our tour will start near the Cathedral, crossing the narrow streets where you will know the  fascinating details about the history of Toledo. Discover why the Catholic Monarchs commissioned the fabulous Monastery St. John of the Kings in the 15th century. This exceptional church is a marvelous example of flamboyant gothic architecture, which was erected by the most popular architects at the time. Admire El Greco’s masterpiece, The Burial of the Lord of Orgaz, where the artist portrayed the society of his time. Listen to the story behind this iconic painting in order to know why the Lord of Orgaz was honored by the saint while his body was being buried in 1323. See the inside of The Old Synagogue named Santa Maria La Blanca. Inside its walls evokes the atmosphere of the city of the three faiths, where the Christians, Muslims, and Jews were able to coexist. Also you will see the Mosque Christ of the Light, The Church of El Salvador, The Jesuit Church of Saint Ildefonso, and the Royal College of Noble Maidens. Our next stop will be  at Consuegra an important town in the La Mancha area of Toledo province, and of Roman origins. Located at the foot of the Cerro Calderico ridge, it has an impressive castle with an exceptional keep, and several of the windmills typical of La Mancha. Five of it twelve windmills conserve their complete mechanism and one of them is known as “Sancho” (in honour of one of the main characters in the novel Don Quixote). Also you can visit to windmill Molino Rucio is the only one in full working order. Inside there are displays on local saffron-farming, details of the mill’s internal machinery, and samples of some of the flour it grinds. Consuegra's many other treasures include: the Town Hall; Los Corredores, housing the municipal museum; Torreón Casa de la Tercia House; San Juan Church; and Santísimo Cristo de Veracruz Church, a museum of votive offerings. The fortress is from the early period of the Reconquest. Ceded in the times of Alfonso VIII to a brotherhood that founded the Great Priorate of La Mancha, it has a double row of walls and several towers. Consuegra Town Hall, in Renaissance style, is in the Plaza de Espana square, which has houses with wooden balconies. The last stop in our tour will be at Winery Osborne which is a Spanish company, with almost 250 years of experience, internationally recognised for the artisanal production of food and drink products that offer the ultimate in authenticity and prestige. The Osborne family estate is located in the town of Malpica del Tajo, Toledo, where all the factors that favour the growing of vines converge. Two mountain ranges and the Tajo river determine the unique landscape of the estate. The river provides pure melt water and mineral-rich clay soil. The sun shines throughout most of the year and characteristically low temperatures at night create the ideal microclimate for vines. You can enjoy the most modern red, white and rosé wines here.
