Our first visit during this tour will be at the very famous Swarovski factory. Tirol’s scintillating Jewel: Since its opening back in 1995, Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens tops the list of Austria’s most-visited attractions. The dazzling crystalline world was created by Austrian artist André Heller to mark the 100th anniversary of Swarovski Company. A giant’s head, spewing water into a pond greets you at this fantastical playground, which is set in its own spacious grounds, an amazing wonderland of gardens. The crowning feature of the delightful gardens is the Crystal Cloud that floats above a black Mirror Pool—this mystical masterpiece is bedecked with 800,000 hand-mounted Swarovski crystals and is a marvellous sight to behold. Excitement will be shining in children’s eyes as well: An exhilarating Play Tower fosters a wide range of playing experiences on four vertically arranged levels – creating an innovative experience of space where even floating will seem possible. Inside the iconic giant’s head, you’ll find a subterranean labyrinth of 17 crystalline chambers of wonder that astonish and amuse its viewers with exciting, intricate, colourful, and surprising installations. Our next stop will be at the Innsbruck is one of Europe’s most picturesque cities and offers one of the only places where you can glide to the top of the Alps in about 30 minutes via a funicular and cable car that begins in the city center. During the classical Innsbruck city sightseeing tour, you are going to discover the most important monuments and tourist attractions within the historical city centre of Innsbruck as well as the principal places of interest outside the old town like the districts "Saggen" and "Wilten", the "Bergisel" mountain with its olympic Ski Jump and other fascinating monuments. Also in Innsbruck were 3x Olympic winter-games, the famous battles again Napoleon and some famous Bollywood Productions where made in Innsbruck. Many of the old town sights are located in the compact city center. Just walking around this area of beautiful buildings and cafes with the Alps looming above you is worth the trip! After free time we will return to Munich.
