There is much more to see in Rome than just the Vatican and the Colosseum which we will see outside. On this relaxing and informative bus - walking tour of the historic centre of Rome you will visit the Spanish Steps and the most elegant shopping area of Rome with famous monuments and fountains. We will walk to the Pantheon, the best preserved temple of Ancient Rome which is considered one of the seven architecture wonder of the world. It was built in the I century b.c. and now is a Catholic church. Our walk will continue to Piazza Navona the most charming square in the city. It was a stadium in the Roman Empire and today is a wonderful location for painters and street artists to sell their works. In the sqaure you will see the Fountain of the Four Rivers designed by Bernini and featured in the movie Angels Demons. On this tour you will also visit the Trevi Fountain, the most romantic and famous fountain in the whole world. We will also stop in the Churches of St. Ignatius and St. Maria Sopra Minerva, Piazza Colonna, Castel Sant'Angelo, also we will see the Government buildings and much more.
